1. General Provisions
Scope: These terms apply to all users of the StoryCraft platform, including registered course participants and site guests.

2. Registration and Account Creation
Account Creation: To access StoryCraft courses, users must register with a valid name and email. The user is responsible for the safety of their account data and undertakes not to transfer them to third parties.
Data relevance: The user undertakes to provide accurate and current data upon registration and to keep it up to date. StoryCraft is not responsible for errors in the provision of services caused by incorrect information on the part of the user.
3. Payment for programs and refund policy
Program prices: The price of each program is indicated on the description page and may vary depending on the content and duration. StoryCraft reserves the right to change prices, but changes will not affect programs that have already been paid for.
Payment: Payment is made through secure payment systems. StoryCraft does not store or process bank card data; all payment transactions are processed through our payment partners.
Payment confirmation: After successful payment, the user gains access to the program. In case of technical problems with payment or activation of the program, the user can contact support.
Refund policy: Refunds are possible within 14 days from the date of payment, if the user has not yet started training (for example, less than 10% of the materials have been viewed). If the program has already started, there is no refund. In some cases, a refund may be considered individually.
4. Access to programs and rules for using content
Duration of access: After payment, the user gets access to the program materials for the period specified on the program page. Usually, access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
License to use content: All materials available on the StoryCraft platform are intended solely for personal use. The user does not have the right to copy, distribute, sell or publish program materials, or provide access to them to third parties.
Program updates: StoryCraft can update and improve program materials by adding new content, changing the structure and fixing errors. Users registered for the program get access to updates during the term of their access at no additional cost.
5. StoryCraft's responsibility
Quality of services: StoryCraft strives to provide quality educational materials and services. We make every effort to ensure stable access to the programs, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions due to technical work or unexpected failures.
Disclaimer: StoryCraft is not responsible for the learning results, as success depends on the user's efforts and level of involvement. The platform also does not guarantee that completing the programs will provide specific results in the professional or personal sphere.
Data Privacy: We undertake to store and process users' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. User Responsibilities
Responsible Use: The user undertakes to use the platform solely for personal learning and to comply with all rules of conduct established by StoryCraft.
Prohibited Actions: The user is prohibited from:
Trying to gain unauthorized access to StoryCraft systems;
Copying or distributing program materials;
Using the platform to publish offensive, illegal or unethical content.
Respectful Communication: The user undertakes to maintain respectful communication with mentors, other students and StoryCraft employees. Harassment, discrimination and unethical behavior will not be tolerated.
7. Certificates and Completion Verification
Certificate Requirements: Upon completion of a program and successful completion of all requirements, a user may receive a StoryCraft certificate. Depending on the program, this may include tests, practical assignments, and projects.
Certificate Use: A certificate verifies successful completion of a program, but is not an official license or diploma. StoryCraft is not responsible for the recognition of a certificate by employers or other organizations.
8. Modification of Terms of Use
Changes to Terms: StoryCraft reserves the right to change these Terms of Use. An updated version will be posted on this page, and users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Modification of Services: StoryCraft reserves the right to modify programs, add or remove features, or temporarily suspend or terminate access to services. In the event of changes, users may be provided with access to similar or improved programs.
9. Privacy Policy
StoryCraft collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this policy. In case of changes to the Privacy Policy, users will be notified and the updated version will be published on the site.
10. Dispute Resolution
Negotiations: In the event of disputes, the parties undertake to first try to resolve them through negotiations.
